Our Congregation takes its name from Our Lady of Consolation. Blessed JosephAllamano was the Rector of the Consolata Shrine in Turin, Italy, for 46 years. His life was totally dedicated to Our Lady Consolata. He wanted our Congregation to continue the mission of Mary: to bring Christ to all peoples, especially to the non-Christians.
